Today, the use of aluminum and its profiles has received a lot of attention. The most important characteristics that have made aluminum and its alloys one of the most widely used metals are lightness, manufacturability, physical and mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance. Aluminum profiles are usually produced for structural purposes.
To produce aluminum profiles, the raw material, which we call aluminum billet (different alloys and sizes of aluminum billet require the production of various aluminum molds), is placed under very high pressure and at the appropriate temperature, and then it is moved through special molds, and thus the raw material is formed and converted into the desired shapes. Also, due to the application of thermal processing and high pressure on the aluminum metal, the raw material is completely deformed and finally the aluminum profile is produced.
The quality of the billet can affect productivity, product quality, and also affects the price of the aluminum profile.
Fartak Aluminum Company is equipped with an aluminum profile production line and an aluminum billet production line capable of producing various aluminum profile sections and various aluminum billet alloys. The standard aluminum profile production line equipment of Fartak Aluminum Company includes: billet preheating furnace, mold preheating furnace, extrusion press, front table, hot saw, stretching table, buffer table, straightening line, cold cutting table, hardness aging furnace, and annealing furnace.
