Aluminum profile aging furnace

The profiles produced in Fartak Aluminum Company are placed on strip tables after extrusion, and after cooling, they are stretched or (drawn) to take their final shape. Then they are cut to the customer’s desired dimensions and placed in an aging furnace to be heat treated. Then, they are prepared according to the customer’s order and delivered in the form of (raw, electrostatic paint (powder), etc.) Thermal treatment or, in other words, aging of Fartak Aluminum aluminum profiles is performed to increase the strength and resistance of the surfaces and create uniform hardness in them. Such heat treatments must be performed for different types of alloys to achieve the desired hardness and resistance.
In these furnaces, the temperature is 180 to 200 degrees (depending on the type of alloy) and the cut products are placed in the aging furnace for 6 to 8 hours to be heat treated.
Of course, the type of cross-section and thickness of the profiles, as well as the temperature during production, should not be overlooked, and the hardness created on the surface is measured with the help of special devices after the work is completed and reduced. They must measure the surface temperature and hardness, using special devices to do this, and after the checks are completed, they must be approved by the quality control unit so that they are ready to be presented to the customer.
