Powder coating of aluminum profiles

Powder coatings are composed of pigments, resins, fillers, and additives that are first melted in an extruder to mix them together, a process known as “extrusion.” The cooled molten material is then ground in a two-stage process to form particles between twenty and eighty microns, and the resulting powder is then sieved and packaged. Buying powder paint requires appropriate information or consultation with knowledgeable and experienced people in this field. Today, with the growth and development of this industry, many companies produce powder paint that you can refer to for purchase; but before that, it is better to have enough information about it so that you can choose the best type. In the continuation of the painting process, this micronized powder is poured into a “spray gun” and the powder is charged using an electric current. The charged powder is sprayed onto the surface with the help of air pressure. The desired part must be connected to the ground with a special clamp so that the paint has a standard and uniform coating on the surface and edges.
When using a paint gun, it should be kept in mind that the powder ejected from the electrostatic gun reaches the desired surface at a low speed, and the powder guide in this method is either air or a rotating nozzle that delivers the powder to the desired surface connected to the ground. During this process, care must be taken not to use too much air pressure so as not to create indentations on the surface of the part. Considering these explanations and the information that follows, it is possible to explain more clearly what powder paint is.
Next, to complete the painting process and stabilize the paint on the part, the parts are placed in a paint curing oven. Paint curing ovens are industrial ovens in which the paint is baked at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius for 13 minutes. The paint baked in the oven will be a thick and completely uniform color, this color will not peel or scratch except under certain conditions. It is also resistant to chemical changes. It should also be noted that the uniform, resistant and thick color surface that is created on the metal surface is due to the fact that the resin reacts and bakes completely on the metal surface at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Advantages of electrostatic powder coating

In harmony with the environment

The powder paint process causes the least harm to the environment because its residue can be easily collected and harmful and polluting substances are not spread in the air.
Energy Saving Energy saving
is also one of the most important achievements in the Tehran powder paint factory. Because powder paint is up to 95% recyclable and, unlike liquid paints, is not spread and wasted in the environment.

Protecting human health

We pay full attention to the health and hygiene of our personnel and the environment, reduce air pollution, reduce the risk of combustion and fire to zero, and most importantly, reduce the risk of respiratory diseases for our personnel.

Global quality standard

It is very important to us to comply with the strictest global quality standards and quality control, so our first-class laboratory specialists constantly
keep the production process under strict control.
