Door and window profiles

Fartak Aluminum Industry Company’s door and window profiles are divided into three production groups

• Thermal break door and window profiles
• Normal door and window profiles
• Sliding system profiles

Thermal break door and window profiles

Fartak Aluminum’s exclusive profiles are produced from factory billets because another important point in the production of industrial aluminum profiles is that the quality of its aluminum billet for window aluminum profiles is high. In fact, two types of window profiles come out of the factory production line, one is standard and factory aluminum billet, which has a very good degree of purity and quality, and the other is recycled billet, which has a lower purity, which must be observed when requesting the production of exclusive aluminum window and door profiles.
In the manufacture of exclusive thermal break aluminum profiles, polyamide strips are used. Polyamides are polymers with excellent thermal insulation properties that are a suitable option for connecting the outer and inner profiles of windows. By separating the interior and exterior sections of the aluminum frame, heat cannot be effectively conducted throughout the window. When combined with double glazing, the Thermal Break Aluminum Profile Window dramatically improves the insulation capability of your residential or commercial project, which is directly reflected in heating and cooling costs.

FT-60 Hinge Series Profiles

The FT 60 system is a size 60 thermal hinge system suitable for TILT & TURN modes. This common door and window system, in addition to being insulated, has a beautiful and modern design, giving the building an elegant and modern look. The use of the 34 mm FT60 polyamide blade is what distinguishes this hinge system from other similar systems on the market.

Normal Break Door and Window Profiles

Features of the FN 55 Aluminum Window System
This system is one of the best normal hinge systems of Fartak Sanat Aluminum Company, which can be called the most economical normal system.
In normal systems, a lightweight system is generally used; and in this regard, the FN 55 system is the best option.
For normal systems, they generally use size 60, but this is a wrong mentality and there is no difference between the size 55 and 60 system.
Incidentally, the size 55 system is both a lighter system and less expensive, and it does exactly the same job.
This system is not limited in terms of glass size and supports glass sizes up to 34 mm.
